Dual Line Lubrication System

We are involved in manufacturing and supplying of Dual Line Lubrication System.This is a centralized lubricator for pushing oil or grease to the various lubrication points and consists of two separate pipelines for pushing lubricant. Dual line lubrication system comprises of oil pump driven by motor, inline filters, dose filter, end pressure relay, tubing and fittings and electric control panel.

Process:

Motorized grease pump deliver the grease / oil at the high pressure to dose feeder through inline filters. The oil pressure and other functions of the system is controlled by electric control panel. Pumping station of the system is connected with the lubrication point with filters, direction control values. dose feeder etc. When the motor is on, the pump start moving grease / oil in one of the tow line through direction control valves to dose feeder and send it to the lubrication point. At high pressure, the Lubrication System give signal to direction control valves of the pumping station and oil/ grease starts flowing through another pipeline. Specific amount of grease is ejected on the lubrication point of the system and again pressure increase beyond the set level of the end pressure relay. End relay give signal to the control panel to stop lubrication pump. This make completion of one process cycle.
