The CKE series are the new-type Flat-Bed CNC Lathes, and manufactured by ourselves under our own Intellectual Property right. The machines are provided with the mature structure and reliable performance for the best economical and practicability. The machines are suitable for the field of weapon, car, tractor, motorcycle, electron, aviation, aerospace and so on industry, also suitable to semi-finish and finish machining for different sorts of shaft and disc parts. Such machining process can on be realized as turning internal and external cylindrical surface, curve, end face, slot, chamfer, metric and inch thread, thread on end face, conic thread and sorts of contour parts.

- High spindle speed with wide variable speed ranges. Low noise under 80DB. CKE-Z series machine adopting the smart automatic gear changing mechanism enables automatic speed changes among low, medium, high speed ranges without turning converted motor or servo motor enables high spindle speed and stepless spindle changing.
- Flexible control panel enables convenient tool setting.
- Popular full enclosed guards with interlock offer a waterproof and chip-free environment.
- Non-lifting toolpost with internal coolant channels guarantees quality surfaces of machined parts and coolant splashing.
- Vertical 4-p toolpost, vertical 6-p toolpost, horizontal 6-p toolpost, quick change toolpost, etc are available for your selection.
- Optional manual, pneumatic, hydraulic chuck and tailstock is available.
