Painted and embossed woodwork is an art form practiced in Rajasthan. Painting is first done on a clean wooden object. Fine motifs are then created with contrasting colors using cones to create an impression of relief and depression ( embossing) on the medium. The plate is made of MDF/wood, hence needs to be proctected from water. Hang it in a place that does not recieve rain
