Butler System

Butler system is a unique high-tech material handling system that simultaneously improves speed, accuracy, productivity and flexibility.It consists of a is a grid of paths across a warehouse floor on which fast moving mobile robots traverse, fetching racks of items to a packer. Once the packer removes the item and packs it for shipping, the racks are replaced back to their place by the robots.

It has 3 components, viz., small wheeled retrieval robots(Butlers),tall upright racks and Pick/Put Stations(Designated area where human workers picks/puts the inventory)
