Termiseal Services

Our premier service against subterranean (or ground-nesting) termites. Termiseal Services uses the chemical-barrier treatment which can be carried out in buildings under construction (pre-construction service) as well as existing buildings (post-construction service).

In existing buildings (post-construction service), holes are drilled (in infested and susceptible areas) at the wall-floor junction at regular intervals and filled with our new-generation termiticide. This chemical is low-dose and odourless. The holes are then capped using white cement, which is done with care by our trained technicians.

In buildings under construction (pre-construction service), our special termiticide is sprayed at plinth level. The treatment is carried out as per BIS specifications.

We are pleased to offer state-of-the-art termite detection technology for the first time in India - the Termatrac™ termite detection and tracking unit, invented and developed in Australia. Termatrac™ uses technology similar to radar and can detect termites through woodwork, brick or masonry without disturbance or damage to the building material or termite activity! We are the exclusive users of this equipment in the country, giving us a clear edge over the competition.
